About Me
My path to becoming a therapist grew out of my own life experiences and healing journey. Navigating blended cultures, identity, marriage, and family challenges sparked a deep curiosity about why we become who we are and why relationships can be both deeply meaningful and incredibly difficult.
Through my own experiences, I discovered how understanding attachment, family systems, and relationship patterns can help us make sense of ourselves, heal from painful experiences, and create meaningful change. I believe our identities, relationships, cultures, and life experiences all shape who we become, and that understanding those influences gives us the freedom to decide what we want to carry forward and what we’re ready to change.
As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where people feel safe to explore their experiences, strengthen their relationships, and become more intentional about the lives they want to build.
